Class Entities, Library, North AmericaAbstract
This article surveys the class entities in the library field in the three countries that make up North America: the United States of America, Canada and Mexico. The survey is based on materials available on the internet by the entities themselves, by the IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) or on articles published in scientific journals. Formative aspects, occurring, doing and historical aspects of the entities are addressed according to what was available on the official websites or on the social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) that are maintained by the entities themselves.
